The Keystone Elk Country Alliance (KECA) is a non-profit 501C3 Conservation Education Organization.For 2023-24, 144 elk licenses (65 antlered, 79 antlerless) have been allocated across three elk seasons in different zones of the elk range in north-central Pennsylvania.Elk hunt dates: Sept. 1 – Nov. 4, 2023, in any legal elk hunt zone.
